I have chosen TEFL.org as my online learning provider for TESOL/TEFL
I made a spreadsheet and listed a lot of online TEFL and TESOL courses and data. Only two hade accreditation that was recognized in the US, also, TELF.org offered a certificate with dual accreditation. The price was under $300, so, while not the cheapest, it was the best bargain that looked legit. I have put in a few hours on the program and so far, it does not disappoint.
